Rattlin Bones is inspired by the food and sauces discovered on Mexican surf trips in small roadside kitchens and beach palapa restaurants.
20 years of epic trips and a battered notebook of recipes gathered from some of the raddest cooks have formed the basis of the flavours we will be now sharing with you.
In some cases recipes have been altered to allow us to use some of the amazing fresh produce that we have in Australia- with the Beechworth Ironbark and Orange Blossom bush honey we use in our sauces being some of those.
We endeavour to bringing you the highest quality products -that have a cosmic flavour- one that stays with you and hopefully infiltrates your soul as all good food should do!!
